TERMS OF USE FOR SERVICES

  • 1. The information you provide to us is accurate and complete at all times we have reserves the right verify the information that you have provided and to refuse the Service or use of the Application without providing reasons. You may only access the Service using authorized means. We will not be responsible for any loss, damage or disruption of service due to error in data provided at the time of booking.
  • 2. Booking can be made online via making payment any of the credit card,debit cards, net banking or any other payment methods offered on the website . Booking can be made for any person other than card holder also. For that you need to fill up details of card holder for payment and details of user for booking after making successful reservation booking voucher will be sent to the traveler via email.
  • 3. Booking voucher provided to him it earlier, it mean that he have read and understood all terms of use mentioned herewith and agrees on all of them. Booking voucher is mandatory to avail the car rental services If this is not done driver has the right to refuse service delivery without any liability on us to refund the booking amount.
  • 4. Driver & car details will be sent to the approximately before an hour from the pick up time by SMS and email.In some cases the driver or our service provider may also contact in advance to reconfirm booking with the customer.
  • 5. The customer shall pay the taxi fare, parking charges, on road taxes/inter state permit additional night charges (where applicable) and any fee or assessment presently payable or hereinafter imposed by the law or required to be paid for availing of the taxi Services.The final cab rental amount inclusive of extra charges if any will attract applicable service tax.
  • 6. If customer booked local and transfer services are valid only within city limits cannot be avail in outstation. Duty slip has to be filled by the customer. The start and end distance in Kms will be calculated from our garag especifying all meter readings ,distances and timings will be calculated to and fro from our vendors garage. Driving speed of the vehicle as per the directions of the local transport authority only.
  • 7. Distances between two locations/Cities are approximate base on google maps as per geographical point of view if you travel via road or travel in intercity , vendors garage distance are not mentioned on the website Actual distances between cities is calculated based on taxi meter, so please ask driver to share the starting and closing meter reading for your journey.
  • 8. Cabs that are booked for outstation (round trip, multicity & Oneway) cannot be used for local travel. For example if a customer books a cab from Mumbai to Nasik then to Pune and back to Mumbai for three days and allotted Km limit of 750 Kms and he returns back to Mumbai on the second day has a balance Km limit of 80 with one day remaining, inspite of this customer has not reserves the right to consume this 50Kms for local travel in Mumbai (Source city), however the customer can travel from Mumbai to some other city outside city limits of Mumbai (say Thane) & consume the remaining 50 Kms or more than this by paying additional charges.
  • 9. Car air-conditioner will not work while climbing up Hills or hilly routes for safe & smooth ride.The customer is also not expected to request driver to make the air condition operational in the afore mentioned cases.
  • 10. You are prohibited from posting defamation, obscenity, pornographic, pollute, threatening or unlawful material in any forums or via using feedback/inquiry sections.
  • 11. You will only use the Service or download the Application for your sole, personal use never allow to resell it to a third party only you authorize to use your account you will not assign or transfer your account to any other person or legal entity and also you will not use an account that is subject to any rights of a person rther than you without appropriate authorization.
  • 12. Discounts are only applicable only on the basic fare it cannot be apply on extra charges like toll gate, Inter state taxes, charges on for extra Kms if use up applicable, charges for extra hours if use up applicable, driver allowance, parking, night charges, unless specified.
  • 13. The customer agrees and accepts that the use of the Services provided by the Company is at the sole risk of the Customer, and further acknowledges that the Company disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied as not reach as suitability, quality.
  • 14. The vehicle booked will be subject to avalability. In a case where the car booked is not available on the day of travel that scenario company will be provided you an alternative equivalent vehicle in the similar segment as applicable.
  • 15. It may happen that for some travel routes, the cab model which was reserved earlier by a customer online will not be able to actually run during travel due to the worst road conditions probationary danger of natural disasters in such situation company will provide you an upgraded cab model which is generally used in that region at an additional charge. If the customer does not ready to continue journey then full amount will be refund .
  • 16. Smoking, drinking or consuming any kind of intoxicants inside the cab are absolutely prohibited . The driver has the right to refuse the pick-up or ask the customer to leave the cab if the customer is found to be in an intoxicated state or is found misbehaving with the driver.
  • 17. Customer should be penalize if daubing , damaging the seats or any other interiors of the cab misusing, Daubing , damaging any of the devices technical/non-technical in the cab.
  • 18. Customer can give request 24 hours before the pick up time for any changes in booking afterward no changes will be made within 24 hours of the pick up time for example request given for to change cab type this kind of request only depend upon availability of cab type. In case customer has not informed to"Plan car rental" for any changes 24 hours before the pick up time no refunds will be made.(Note:- For making any changes in reservation customer should be contact to support team on 08446855552 with booking reference number (CRN number).
  • 19. Customer is liable to pay for any extra km traveled and also for extra hourly charges if used.Any unscheduled changes which was not inform earlier will attract additional charges as applicable.All outstation bookings are consider as a calendar day basis from midnight 12:00 to midnight 12:00. for example cab booked for 11th january where the pick up time is 06:00 p.m, the booking will be valid till 11th january 11:59 p.m and not consider 12th january 06:00 p.m.
  • 20. Customer should not force to driver to break any traffic/RTO/City Police and government rules for any purpose such as reaching the destination earlier that scenario driver has the right to refuse such a request by the customer. The driver also has the right to refuse to board more passengers than the seating capacity in the cab.
  • 21. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage, physical injury howsoever in another scale if Company fail to provide Services to the Customer for any reason whatsoever including but not limited . The Customer's non-compliance with the Services' recorded voice instructions, malfunction, partial or total failure of any network terminal, data processing system, computer tele-transmission or telecommunications system or other circumstances whether or not beyond the control of Company or any person or any organization involved in the above mentioned systems.
  • 22. Plancarrental.com reserves the right to change, edit, or remove any user content or conversations that are illegal, indecent, obnoxious or offensive that violation against our define policies .
  • 23. If customer book oneway services all travel charges like toll taxes extra km traveled charges apply as two n fro basis when the cab returns back to its original location (garage) after dropping the customer to his destination. For example if a customer avails one way car rental service from Mumbai to Pune, he will have to pay return toll tax as well as if extra km traveled applicable such as if you traveled 2 extra km charges applicable on 4 km while the vehicle returns back from Pune to Mumbai.
  • 24. "Plan Car Rental" cannot be liable for any delay or consequence loss caused to the customer due to heavy traffic jam or reasons beyond reasonable control of the driver or lapses on the part of the driver.
  • 25. If customer has already received the driver & cab details but due to any reason cab not reached any reason on the day of travel or If any passenger misses the train or flight, bus Company will not be liable for any compensation,reimburse only customer is responsible for managing his trip/travel on timely it will be considered as the failure of the fleet partner of company because we only online car rental aggregator so will take all necessary efforts to provide the customer an alternative mode of transport immediately, in the shortest possible time & if failing to do so will provide the customer a full refund.
  • 26. In case of any misconduct or misbehavior by the driver the customer should immediately report to the support team of via dialing helpline number at 08446855552 and share the experience while mentioning the booking reference number (CRN number).
  • 27. Company can send the cab only at the time for which booking has made & not able to send cab early whatsoever may be the emergencies or some other reason.
  • 28. Geography point of view in some regions only some specific cab avaiable for used, It might be happen if customer reserved different cab model by online, that scenario we only provide you available cab model due to restrictions by local cab associations. If customer is agreed our support team will guide on the difference amount to be paid to the driver for different cab model.
  • 29. The pickup location may be change due to cab union issues.

Cancellation policies:

  • 1. If customer cancels booking 24 hours prior of the pick-up time, 100% of the advance deposit amount will be refunded.
  • 2. If a customer cancels booking within 24 hours prior the pick-up time, no refund.
  • 3. The refunds will be proceed by online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests.
  • 4. The amount will be refunded approximately within 7 working days days.
